H2OGuru (Pty) Ltd provides expert water testing services across South Africa, including:<\/p>\n
H2OGuru offers on-site sampling by trained personnel, or clients may opt for courier collection using approved procedures.<\/p>\n
All test results reflect the quality of the water at the time of sampling.<\/p>\n
Once a sample is collected by H2OGuru, sampled, collected by courier, or submitted to the laboratory, the client becomes fully liable for the test cost.<\/p>\n
Sampling and courier services are payable and non-refundable once the sample has been taken.<\/p>\n
Test turnaround times are estimates. Microbiological testing may require repeat or confirmatory analysis under SANAS protocols, which may result in extended timelines.<\/p>\n
Reports include lab-certified results and expert interpretation, explaining risks and compliance clearly.<\/p>\n
We offer turnkey treatment recommendations, tailored to your results and site requirements.<\/p>\n
Advice is based on national standards and best practices, but implementation should be confirmed with qualified technicians \u2014 which H2OGuru offers.<\/p>\n
We supply and install:<\/p>\n
Water testing must be paid in full before results are released.<\/p>\n
A 80% deposit is required for equipment or installation projects, with the balance payable on delivery or completion.<\/p>\n
Once sampling has occurred or a courier has collected the sample, the client is legally liable for the testing and collection costs.<\/p>\n
Additional fees may apply for extended travel, resampling, or special requests.<\/p>\n
Testing bookings cancelled less than 24 hours before the appointment may incur a callout fee.<\/p>\n
No refunds will be issued once a sample has entered the lab testing process.<\/p>\n
Products may be returned within 7 days in unused, original condition \u2014 subject to handling fees.<\/p>\n
Custom solutions, used products, and opened filtration items are non-refundable.<\/p>\n
H2OGuru is not liable for:<\/p>\n
We comply fully with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).<\/p>\n
Client data and test results are confidential and shared only with laboratory and courier partners directly involved in service fulfilment.<\/p>\n
You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data by emailing us.<\/p>\n
All content, reports, and resources on www.h2oguru.co.za are the intellectual property of H2OGuru (Pty) Ltd.<\/p>\n
No part may be copied, distributed, or reused without written permission.<\/p>\n
Abuse of our booking or test request systems may result in account suspension.<\/p>\n
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa, and disputes will be handled in the courts of Gauteng.<\/p>\n
